Refunds for cancelled projects will depend on factors such as:
• Work already completed
• Materials already purchased
• Permit or inspection costs
• Time reserved for the project
If no work has started and no materials have been ordered, a partial or full refund may be considered at our discretion.
Work in Progress
Once a project has started, refunds are generally not available for work that has already been completed.
If you have concerns about the service provided, we encourage you to contact us so we can review the situation and work toward a reasonable solution.
Third-Party Costs
Renovix Inc. is not responsible for refunding costs related to third-party services, including but not limited to permits, inspections, financing fees, or materials purchased from suppliers.
